In the ground floor of Palazzo Antinori, one of the finer fifteenth-century palaces in Florence, Cantinetta Antinori has been serving the family’s wines and carefully sourced Tuscan food for decades. It is composed rather than showy. In July, when the city finds its own rhythm again, it draws the kind of dinner crowd that tends to know what it wants and arrives without a reservation problem.
