From the Agafay plateau, thirty minutes south of the medina, a summer evening is defined less by sound than by its absence — wind across flat rock, the vast open sky, the particular stillness of a landscape with nothing to interrupt it. The contrast with the medina you left thirty minutes earlier is absolute. We arrange the evening in full. A private transfer collects you from the Riad as the light begins to change.
